Conveyancing
While the conveyancing process starts once you have a buyer, as an owner/seller
you should get ready and organise one at the start of the process.
Better still, get yourself a solicitor.
They may cost a little more but they can help you draw up a contract of sale and ensure that you comply with the other aspects of the State legislation that can effect your sale. ie. in Victoria you need a Section 32, in NSW you need a Contract of Sale to show to a buyer before they make you an offer.
You may already have a solicitor, great, give them a call.
Do consider that you will save thousands if not tens of thousands by using
our service yet you will only spend hundreds more using a solicitor.
